WEST HOBIES REGATTA SAILS THROUGH
Crowds gathered at local hot spots including the El Cortez to view the impressive scene of Hobie Cats filling our view of the Sea of Cortez.  The magnificently colored craft kept us spell bound as they maneuvered with speed and grace… and a few splashes when the wind picked up!

SAINT PATRICK'S DAY
San Felipe residents enjoyed corned beef and cabbage at private parties around the area.  We enjoyed European beer as an unexpected divergence from our every day cervezas.  Thanks to all who hosted the parties and served us those wonderful meals.

FIRST DAY OF SPRING
Warm weather roared into San Felipe and brought smiles to all.  We are looking forward to getting out more and having fun in the sun.

KEN CARPENTER: PROFILE OF A MI CASA DEL MAR REPRESENTATIVE
Ken has joined our team as our financial officer.  He brings expertise working at the highest levels in several large corporations.  In addition, Ken knows how to assist a small and growing company like ours.  A perfect find, Ken is a new resident to San Felipe who enjoys the chance to be part of a fun company.  Leaving behind his life in Marin County, CA, Ken can be found in his new office or sitting out on the patio with his lap top at Mi Casa del Mar.

SPRING BREAK MADNESS
San Felipe is full of college students occupying the bars and taco stands.  While the day time scene is a little busier than usual, the night life in San Felipe pulses with the heat of a cosmopolitan city.  Streets are full and the town is rowdy, but residents of La Hacienda enjoy the peace and quiet of our location on the bay.
