Welcome to the February 2004 Newsletter from Mi Casa del Mar in beautiful San Felipe!

WINE AND CHEESE TASTING EVENT
Wednesday February 4, 2004 Mi Casa del Mar will host its first Wine and Cheese Tasting on the beautiful pool side patio at Las Casitas. This is an event not to be missed. We will serve several wines for tasting with live jazz music for everyone's enjoyment.

URIA AMOR: PROFILE OF A MI CASA DEL MAR REPRESENTATIVE
Uria brings to our sales staff well earned expertise working in new home developments. Uria is originally from Seattle and has worked in both northern and southern California. After completing a project in San Diego Uria made the decision to move to San Felipe and has yet to look back. She is making new friends quickly and getting involved in the community. Uria participates in the Ladies Luncheons, is taking an active role in SFARP and recently joined Las Amigas. In addition, Uria is planning Mi Casa del Mar's first Wine and Cheese Tasting event to be held this Wednesday at Las Casitas at La Hacienda. Be sure to say hello to Uria next time you visit our offices at La Hacienda.

MI CASA DEL MAR HOSTS THE ROTARY CLUB MEETING AT LA HACIENDA
San Felipe Rotary North held a meeting at our offices this past Monday. The event was a smashing success! Rotarians filled our entire patio area for the meeting and afterward enjoyed a scrumptious lunch with shrimp stuffed peppers, fajitas on the grill, and much more. We all had a great time and are planning to host the club's meetings regularly. We have pictures of the event online for you to see. just click here

HARRISON FORD SPENT SEVERAL DAYS PARTYING IN SAN FELIPE
Harrison Ford was spotted at the Baja Mar enjoying margaritas. Excited fans insisted on buying all his drinks and the famous actor couldn't spend a dime (or even a peso). Afterward Harrison made his way to our local hot spot Al's Bar and danced the night away with several admiring fans. He was friendly and fun and several ladies left with terrific memories of dancing with the handsome star. The event afterward became publicized making the cover of the National Enquirer!
