Welcome to our first email update from Mi Casa del Mar in beautiful San Felipe! 

NEW WEB SITE FOR MI CASA DEL MAR
We have launched our new web site.  Please visit the site at http://www.micasadelmar.com. While we are still working to refine and add more content, we have included a photo gallery with pictures from La Hacienda and some aerial pictures of San Felipe's South Beach area.  Be sure to see the floor plans for the first model home on which we'll be breaking ground in January!

JORGE MERAZ: PROFILE OF A MI CASA DEL MAR REPRESENTATIVE
Jorge, a native of Tijuana, joined our staff after several years experience working in sales of real estate in San Felipe.  Jorge is fluent in English and Spanish.  You may be interested to learn that before Jorge became involved in real estate, he was a sportscaster in the San Diego area.  He loves to chat about football!  The team at Mi Casa del Mar benefits from Jorge's daily dose of enthusiasm and professionalism.  Jorge's clients often comment on his diligently following up on his commitments and always making time for his customers.  Be sure to say hello to Jorge next time you visit our offices at La Hacienda.

ROTARY CLUB MEETING TO BE HELD AT LA HACIENDA
San Felipe Rotary North will hold a meeting here on site in the Mi Casa del Mar offices at La Hacienda on Monday January 26, 2003.  Dave La Barre from Mi Casa del Mar was officially inducted into the club at the last meeting and is already making plans to host the upcoming event.  Those of us who have attended the Rotary meetings and events continue to be impressed with the people who serve locally.  The events are well run, fun and you just can't beat all the wonderful meals we enjoy while doing good for the community.  If you haven't come to a meeting yet, the club generously offers to buy your first breakfast so you can meet the members and learn about their many great activities and programs.

NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS IN SAN FELIPE
The buzz has been about the many parties around town.  Many restaurants are having parties, some even with special menus to celebrate the event.  Parties in homes are in all neighborhoods and many folks are already juggling a busy schedule of party hopping!  By the time this email reaches you, the sleepy town will be waking up and ready to face another day of SUNSHINE.
