Mi Casa del Mar Christmas Party!!

The company celebrated the end of the year at Corona Restaurant in San Felipe. 25 people came in all and enjoyed a chicken cordon bleu dinner and a raffle for gifts. Here we would like to share with you a couple of pictures from the event.

Second Christmas Parade of Lights

The mayor of the Port City of San Felipe, Raymundo Jimenez León organized the best Christmas Parade ever! Kids and grown-ups got into the spirit while the SEGUNDO DESFILE DE LUCES NAVIDEÑO (SECOND CHRISTMAS ELECTRICAL PARADE) took place on Tuesday, December 14^th, 2004.

Carnival San Felipe

February 4^th to 8^th, 2005

Carnival Week! The largest celebrations take place in port cities such as Ensenada. Most extravagant of all is Mazatlan that will attract 300,000 people to what is considered Mexico's Mardi Gras. San Felipe will enjoy carnival rides and street dancing, live music on the Malecon, and sporting events on the beach. Venders and taco stands will thrive. Elaborate floats will participate in the daily parade.

How are you? Thank you for your question.
The main hospital here in San Felipe is the Saint James Infirmary, a fully licensed hospital that opened it's doors November 15, 2002. The hospital became fully functional January 1, 2003 and has been serving the people of Northern Baja California as a non-profit hospital ever since.
This new hospital is well equipped, digital, and relies on an experienced medical staff with the following board certifications: Trauma and orthopod, anesthesiologist, general surgeon, OB-Gyn, Radiologist. The radiologist is a clinical radiologist who has limited her practice to clinical radiology for 6 years and is approved for our units. The hospital has five Emergency room physicians with many years of experience.

Well, well… The dawn of a new year is upon us! Is it us? Or is the sun brighter? The clouds whiter? And the water bluer? We see the roadrunners and quail trek through our streets as friendly neighbors. We have also been getting nice folks like you who want to be part of this natural gem called La Hacienda. Since a few days before the New Year, the number of visitors to our development has quadrupled which means, “high season is here”. Many of the properties some of you have enquired about are gone! It is interesting to note that in reviewing our first year of business we have seen people purchase the more expensive homes in our development rather than the two homes we have at 9,500 (rock bottom price that will increase sometime this year)!
