MARIANA MONTOYA: PROFILE OF A MI CASA DEL MAR REPRESENTATIVE
Mariana comes to work with a smile every day.  She is our office receptionist and makes sure that the wheels keep turning around here.  Originally from Tecate, Mariana moved to Chino, CA where she lived for 7 years.  As a result, she has very good English skills.  She now lives with her family in San Felipe.  She is now an active community member and knows all the best places around town.  She has introduced our team to such local hot spots as Tacos Chucata and for that we cannot thank her enough.  Mariana is a problem solver, always eager to help people, and consistently strives to make friends with her winning attitude.  Be sure to say hello to Mariana next time you visit our offices at La Hacienda.

MI CASA DEL MAR HOSTS ANOTHER ROTARY CLUB MEETING AT LA HACIENDA
San Felipe Rotary North held another fun meeting at La Hacienda.  This time at the Casitas, the group enjoyed a fantastic lunch featuring fresh fish and other scrumptious food.  Rotarians filled the venue and enjoyed a presentation by a guest Rotarian visiting from Los Angeles who discussed the Rotary float in the parade that was shown during the Super Bowl.  La Hacienda homeowners also attended and are always welcome at our events!

SAN FELIPE 250 OFF ROAD RACE BLASTS THROUGH TOWN
Racers filled the town last weekend with their cars, buggies and non stop parties.  San Felipe has long been known as a place for desert speed.  Some of the entered vehicles costs over a third of a million dollars.  With this kind of investment, the races are quite serious with support crews setting up radio operations centers and a couple teams even performed surveillance by helicopter.  It was a very busy weekend and with Spring Break fast approaching, we will have a few more weekends like this.  The weather is warming up and the skies are blue and beautiful.

Come visit us at MI CASA DEL MAR!
