Buenos Dias!! Welcome to the May 2005 newsletter from Mi Casa Del Mar in beautiful San Felipe!! The current temperature in San Felipe is 86 degrees during the day and around 78 degrees at night. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The San Felipe Rotary North came to La Hacienda for another special barbeque lunch served by the Mi Casa del Mar team. Attendees had the pleasure of meeting at our beautiful private pool and patio in our rental bungalows which we call Las Casitas. From there the group made a short walk to a model home where a hot and tasty lunch was ready to be served. After enjoying delicious chicken and beef, everyone walked to Dave’s new home, Casa La Barre, to take in the surrounding views and enjoy wine or coffee with dessert. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We would like to present the newest furniture decorating our “Sheldon” model home and Casa La Barre. All pieces are made in various parts of Mexico, mostly in Guadalajara area of Jalisco and from Ensenada, Baja. We are really pleased with the look and comfort. Please come by and find out for yourself! We can offer similar packages for your new home. Ask Alicia

From Mi Casa del Mar Great Balls of Fire! San Felipe’s hot climate is here ladies & gentlemen. And if last year is any kind of indicator, the hot months are when most of you make the move of “owning your home by the sea” a reality. The sun is up, the A/C’s are cranking, the pools are splashing, the shrimp and the fish tacos are being consumed at an alarming rate (joke, eat to your heart’s content… there’s plenty to go around) and the weekend expeditions are filling San Felipe with life and excitement. Yes, it is another typical summer for this secluded region in northern Baja’s only warm climate resort destination. And you know what? We are growing, and growing! San Felipe’s development scene is one worthy of notice… Condos, Hotels, Subdivisions, Residential Areas, Camp Grounds, Golf Courses, Restaurants, Official Clothing Stores (Latest: The Official San Felipe Clothing Company) and much more. People are accurately calling San Felipe “The land of opportunity” and we at Mi Casa de Mar are in the middle of this emerging player in the travel-tourist-resort-development scene. Mi Casa del Mar continues without a doubt to be “San Felipe’s upscale development”. We have unmatched views of the San Felipe bay and the Machorro mountains, which constitute the icon view of San Felipe (Our logo is artwork of such view). We are still the only development that offers rustic brick paved street throughout the project with underground utilities (we don’t want those nasty post, or electric lines blocking our views do we?). Our La Hacienda Estates (quarter acre lots and large homes) will feature cobble stone streets that will surely please the most demanding and sophisticated of homeowners. Golf course, fountains, museums, and hotels… all of these things programmed for Mi Casa del Mar’s 1300 acre master plan… you will always look back on what a wise choice it was to become part of our Baja-Relaxing-Dream-Home loving family. The Mexicali Tourism & Conventions Secretary’s number one priority for this recently reelected term is “to bring scheduled flights to San Felipe’s International Airport”. Located 3 miles from this airport, Mi Casa del Mar is in a privileged spot and awaits this endeavor’s fruition. Where do you want to live? We have furnished model homes ready for you to enjoy, and we have multiple spec-homes (finish to suit) on the way. Contact us and let us know how we can make this happen for you… you’ll be glad you did! ![]() Buying Real Estate in San Felipe? Look for AMPI Certified Agents!
